I once had the most interesting Strategy Session with a prospective client. While this particular client was willing to sign up and move forward with coaching, I could sense some deep-rooted negativity from the beginning.
The deal was complex and would involve making some fairly complex operational changes to accommodate the customer’s request but still, it was likely very doable with enough time and thought.
